The prices include

For a weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday:
normal consumption of water and electricity, refrigerator, kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer TV LCD, Wi - Fi, bed linen and bath set including kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, telephone line direct, safe, the structure of the video surveillance system, 1 umbrella with 2 beds. (paid service)

Prices do not include 

Final cleaning (compulsory) Euro 38,00 for studio apartments; € 50,00 for double room and double room plus; € 58,00 for triple room apartments. Obligation to clean the cooking by the customer (if not made Euro 20.00) will be charged. Place video inside guarded machine Euro 5.00 per day. Use of laundry (detergent included) with dryer, iron and ironing board at the price of Euro 3,50 per wash. (The place in the garage must be reserved when booking).

Supplements and extra services

Cot for children up to 3 years (linen included) Euro 35,00, High chair Euro 10,00 for weekly stays. Bedding and Euro 10,00 for extra change bathroom. Bicycle Rental (walking and mountain-biking)

Reservations and payments

Reservations, although telephone, are confirmed and effective on receipt of a deposit of 30% of the price agreed upon by postal order or bank transfer within 7 days. The balance must be paid in cash or credit card at the arrival the day of arrival.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation for any reason, in any capacity, without exception, to the date of a confirmed reservation Olympus Resort will withhold the full amount of the booking fee.

Arrivals and departures

Cases of arrival or early departure or postponed are to be agreed with the management. The apartments are generally available to the customer from 17 hours of the arrival day. For departure, the accommodation must be vacated no later than 10am on the agreed date. For early departures or late arrivals is not designed for reduction of the price. If the accommodation would not be occupied by the same by 11:00 am the next day will be considered a no.

Deposits

A deposit of Euro 250,00 will be required at the beginning of stay as a guarantee for any damage or breakages caused. Deposit will be made on departure after checking the state of maintenance by the management.
