Conditions of stay:

The prices include: (for a weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday)
the normal consumption of water and electricity, fridge, kitchen corner, oven, dishwasher, hair dryer, flat screen TV, Internet Wi-Fi, linen and towels included, kitchen linen, air conditioning in every room of the flat, telephone with direct line, safe, web cams for the surveillance of the structure, 1 beach umbrella with 2 sun loungers.

Prices not include:
final cleaning (obligatory) equal to € 38,00 for the one-roomed and two-roomed flats, € 50, 00 for the three-roomed flat. Obligation of cleaning the kitchen corner by the customer (if not carried out will be charged € 20,00). Car parking inside video monitored € 5,00 per day. Use of laundry (soap included) with dryer, iron and ironing board to the price of € 3,50 each wash. (parking in the garage must be reserved when you book).

Supplements and extras:

cot for children under 3 years (including linen) € 35,00. High chair € 10,00 each week.
Linen and bath towels Euro 10,00 every extra change.
Supplement for small pets (cleaning and services) € 35, 00 per week.
Bicycle hire (for promenades and mountain bikes)

Reservations and payments

Bookings, even if made by phone, are considered confirmed and effective on receipt of an advance payment equal to 30% of the agreed price, by postal order or bank transfer within 7 days. The balance must be made in cash or credit cards at delivery of the flat on the day of arrival.

Cancellations

In case of withdrawal for any reason, in any way, none excluded, the date of a confirmed reservation the Olympus Resort keeps the full amount of the advanced payment.

Arrival and Departure

Postponed arrivals or advanced departures have to be agreed with the Direction. The apartments are normally available at 5 p.m. of the day of arrival. For the departure, the flat must be vacated within and not beyond the hours 10 a.m. of the fixed day. For advances departures or postponed arrivals there will be no reduction of the agreed price. If the flat will not be filled within 11 a.m. of the following day, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Deposits

A deposit of Euro 250, 00 will be requested at the beginning of the stay as a guarantee for any damage or broken caused. The deposit will be given back at departure after control of the state of maintenance of the flat by the direction.

Rules of stay:

It is prohibited to host a number of persons more than the beds available. You should respect the rules of the Resort, in particular the quiet time from 1.30 p.m. to 4 p.m., and from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.. In case of serious breaches of regulations, the management reserves the right to remove the tenant from accommodation occupied.

Regulations

Access to the Resort is not allowed to people not registered at arrival and not authorized by the Direction.
Only small pets are allowed.
It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the Resort.
