(apartment per week)

The prices include

For a weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday:
regular water and electricity consumption, fridge, kitchenette, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer, LCD TV, Wi-Fi Internet, bed and bath linens (including kitchen set), air conditioning in all rooms, direct line telephone, safe, video surveillance system for the structure.

The prices do not include

Final cleaning (mandatory): €40.00 for studio apartments; €60.00 for one-bedroom and One-Bedroom Plus apartments; €70.00 for two-bedroom apartments. The kitchenette must be cleaned by the client (if not, €20.00 will be charged). External parking €5.00 per day. Indoor video-surveilled parking €10.00 per day. Laundry service (including detergent) with dryer, iron, and ironing board at €3.50 per wash. (Garage parking must be reserved at the time of booking).

Supplements and extra services

Cradle/Bed for children up to 3 years (including linens) €20.00, High chair €10.00 for weekly stays. Bed and bath linens €10.00 for each extra change. Bicycle rental (city and mountain bikes).

Beach service available at partner locations.

Reservations and payments

Reservations, even if made by phone, are considered confirmed and effective upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the agreed stay price via postal order or bank transfer within 7 days. The balance must be paid in cash or by credit card upon delivery of the apartment on the day of arrival.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation for any reason, for any reason whatsoever, including no exceptions, on the scheduled date of a confirmed reservation, Olympus Resort will retain the full booking fee amount.

Arrivals and departures

Cases of early or late arrivals or departures must be arranged with Management. Accommodations are normally available to the client from 4 PM on the day of arrival. For departures, accommodations must be vacated by 10 AM on the agreed day. No price reduction is foreseen for early departures or late arrivals. If the accommodation is not occupied by 11 AM on the following day, it will be considered forfeited.

Deposits

A deposit of €100.00 will be required only from groups of young people at the start of their stay as a guarantee for any damage or breakages caused. The deposit will be refunded upon departure after a condition check by management.
